KNEADING MACHINE ZGT-1000
- Working length: 1050 mm
- Max thickness of steel sheet: 0.6 mm for Rm < 400 MPa
- The minimum boundary of the kneaded pipe: 80 mm
- Weihgt: 80 kg
The basic model used for kneading seamless pipes with standard width of 11 mm. The maximum length is 2000 mm pipe crimping – 1000 mm twice. The machine has a pressure roller adjustment system and quick possibility to tighten the roll through the oval handle.
It allow a crimp in the vertical and horizontal plane and is recently a new product in our range of machines for machining flat sheets. The MAAD ZGT-1000 is a proven construction that has been fulfilling its opinion for many years in the field of crimping down seam pipes and ventilation ducts.
